Description B&W postcard depicting a photograph of the First Baptist Church, with the words "First Baptist Church, Manhattan, Kans." in red lettering above the building. Two men in suits stand in front of the building having a conversation. On verso: "Post Card" in tan script, green one-cent George Washington stamp. Message handwritten in ink, "Hello Alfred, How is the world treating you? How would you like to be out here in this god forsaken country with regards from your friend Henry [illegible]." Addressed to Mr. Alfred Briustedt [?], R. Fd. 1 Box 11, Thiensville, Wisconsin. Post card numbered 15546 in lower left corner. 5.5" x 3.5" good condition.
